Kensington Chimes Music has a vacancy for a Full Time Sales Assistant
Based at our branch in South Kensington, we are looking for applicants who ideally have retail experience to join our vibrant and busy team. A very good knowledge of classical music is essential along with excellent inter-personal skills. All applicants must be computer literate, and confident at learning how to use new systems. Experience of using an EPOS system or similar sales and stock management software is desirable.
On a day-to-day basis you will be serving people in the shop and over the phone, as well as processing orders and answering enquiries via email. Due to the nature of the shop it is essential that you are comfortable dealing with multiple tasks/ queries at any one time; therefore, you should have a methodical and calm approach. We are also looking for someone who would be keen to help with our social media.
